Ethan Paul and Megan Day: Bristol-based health and wellbeing practitioners working together to build a stronger, more balanced community.

Ethan Paul

Ethan is an anatomical wizard, with a fierce passion for learning about the body and how we can work with it for optimal strength and mobility. His passion to learn has lead him to complete training in a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including personal training, sports massage therapy, injury rehabilitation and sports coaching, and has recently expanded his repertoire to include a holistic balance of reiki and kinesiology.

As someone with hypermobility, Ethan has had to navigate life with all the benefits and drawbacks that the condition brings. This has led to a deeper understanding of what pain is and what the body is trying to tell us, and how we can work to feel more at home in our unique bodies. Ethan is so multi-faceted it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what to call him, but something along the lines of ‘Embodied Movement Coach and Therapist’ will do.

Megan Day

Megan is a yoga and meditation facilitator specialising in yoga for mental wellbeing and therapeutic practices to support neuro-resilience. Drawing inspiration from her experience working in mental health services, she incorporates self-empowering language and intuitive movement to support overall health and wellness.

Megan is passionate about sharing yoga in its entirety, demonstrating all eight limbs, not just the physical asana. Her approach to teaching is not ‘rigid perfection’, it’s guiding intuitive flows with plenty of options, meeting you where you are and encouraging you to feel into what your body and mind needs in the moment. Passionate about bringing the community together and encouraging everyone to get involved, Megan’s sessions are inclusive.
